The highest building in the northern region, the 65-storey Komtar tower, was the centre of attention today when 40 men took turns to leap off from its top. But don’t worry, they not commiting any suicide. The daredevil act was part of the Komtar International BASE Jump 2009, in which 28 parachutists from around the world joined 12 Malaysian jumpers in taking off from a height of about 230 metres.
The event, which was opened by Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng, was in conjunction with the Kuala Lumpur International Tower Jump Malaysia 2009.

Malaysia Satu, which depicts racial unity and the diverse cultures in the country, has been picked the winner of the 1Malaysia song competition. Yesterday, Audi Mok, Nor Fatima and Faizal Tahir received a mock cheque of RM25,000 from Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak, the man behind the 1Malaysia concept, at the Prime Minister’s Department.
Well, the majority has spoken. For me, i prefer the song Perpaduan 1Malaysia by Alex or Keranamu Hatiku Malaysia by Manis.
Anyway u can download Malaysia Satu from here and other 1Malaysia songs from here.

We all know Malaysia had a King from a long time ago. And all Malaysian are ask to pledge their loyalty to the King. But now what happen? Malaysian dare to fight the King decision, Malaysian dare to sue the King. What has happen to their pledge of loyalty to the King? What has happen to the “Rukun Negara”.
As some of us know, the power of the King is no longer the same like the old days. The power of King has been less by the i don’t know who. There is no longer immunities to the King. No longer privileged to do anything without any problem.
But the main question is, is it good or bad to return back the power of the king? On the good side, it will be good since the immunities will protect the King from any sort of problem. But on the bad side, if the King can do anything they want. They surely can ask the Military or Police to kill someone who go against them.
So what do you think? Should it be return back or not?
