As of June 11th, Malaysia is officially behind an invisible firewall and the authorities has blocking access to six illegal investment websites.
In a press statement, the Securities Commission said the six websites were

- http://www.abfund.us/
- http://www.cfdventure.com/
- http://www.swedenfund.com/
- http://www.uebond.com/
- http://www.esuissefund.com/
- http://www.efmf.com.pa/
- http://www.ecashfinance.com/
In the next few months, more scam websites will be blocked. The SC has identified some 60 websites that are involved in illegal cyber investments.
Well it was a good thing that all six scam website has been block and i have nothing against it
But on the other hand i would like to know how does the government plan to explain this drastic action of restricting Internet access when it had promised earlier that there would be no censorship of the Internet?
Perhaps it’s time for MSC Malaysia to amend the MSC Bill of Guarantees as it is now no longer applicable in it’s original form.
